Process & Program Timeline

We support international teachers through a clear, supportive, and well-structured process designed to connect qualified educators with U.S. partner schools. From your initial application to program completion, our team is with you every step of the way—offering guidance, coordination, and ongoing support to help ensure a smooth and successful experience.
Our program gives international teachers the opportunity to gain valuable professional teaching experience in the United States while participating in meaningful cultural exchange. At the same time, U.S. schools benefit from skilled educators who bring diverse global perspectives into their classrooms.

Please note: Participation in the program depends on eligibility requirements, school selection, and sponsor approval. Placement and authorization are not guaranteed.

Phase 1: Application Submission & Initial Review

Teachers begin by submitting an online application along with required academic, professional, and legal documents. Our team reviews each application to determine overall eligibility and alignment with program requirements and partner school needs.

Important Notice: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

Phase 2: Credential & Professional Screening

Academic qualifications, teaching experience, professional references, background checks, and required legal documentation are carefully reviewed to assess readiness for U.S. school environments.

Important Notice: All reviews are preliminary and subject to verification and final approval by partner schools and sponsoring organizations.

Phase 3: School Matching & Interview Process

Eligible candidates receive interview preparation and coaching from our team before completing up to three virtual interviews. Qualified teachers are then introduced to participating U.S. schools for final interviews, allowing both schools and teachers to evaluate mutual fit.

Important Notice: Employment decisions are made solely by participating schools. Our organization does not act as the employer.

Phase 4: Program Documentation & Compliance Support

Our team assists with vetting, screening, and organizing required documentation. We provide guidance throughout the sponsorship, school district, and visa/consular interview preparation process to help ensure compliance with program requirements.

Important Notice: Final approval and authorization are granted by designated sponsors and school authorities and are not guaranteed.

Phase 5: Pre-Departure Orientation & Initial Arrival Preparation

Teachers participate in a pre-departure orientation covering program expectations, professional conduct, cultural adjustment, and compliance responsibilities. This phase also helps teachers prepare for their transition to the U.S.

Important Notice: Participants are responsible for understanding and following all program rules and conditions.

Phase 6: Arrival, relocation, Placement Support & Post-arrival orientation

Support continues upon arrival in United States including assistance with school onboarding. Our team maintains ongoing communication throughout the program to support professional success and overall well-being.

Important Notice: Failure to meet program or school requirements may result in early program conclusion.

Phase 7: Program Completion & Return Transition

Guidance is provided to support structured program completion (up to five years) and preparation for their return home, in accordance with program guidelines and approvals.

Important Notice: Program duration and completion timelines may vary based on individual circumstances and authorization requirements.
